Our objective is to create a care service that is unique and has the culture and belief of "everyone can learn and grow". We believe it is possible to help someone with autism and/or learning disability to live a life where their choices are upheld, to gain independence, have a good quality of life, be included and valued as a member of the community and be able to enjoy good health and wellbeing.

Our organisation is fully committed to the key principles introduced for people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The Right Support, Right Care and Right Culture will be in every aspect of our organisational activities.

We support people with learning disabilities and/or autism who may need a little support or have complex care needs in our local community within Newham Council and beyond. Our purpose is to help those with support and care needs – and their parents or carers – truly improve their lives.

Our current services are people of all age groups. Children, Adult and Elderly. in the future. We provide our services in various ways and settings – supporting people in their homes and out in the community through our 1-to-1 support from two hours per week to 24/7 daily.

All our staff are dedicated, trained, and supported, to provide the right care for everyone, and to provide a personally tailored approach. We’re an exceptional local employer.
